We all know how difficult it can be to get our beauty rest while traveling. Until I came up with the idea for Sleeper Scarf, getting my beauty rest while traveling went something like this:

1. Using the traditional “U” shaped travel neck pillow was my best bet. Unfortunately, its sheer size and bulkiness made it far from ideal to travel with.
2. When I didn’t forget it at home, it usually made its way into my purse, where it took up nearly the entire space of my purse requiring me to maneuver around it whenever I needed something like my I.D., boarding pass or cell phone.
3. If I chose to carry-on my suitcase, I tied it to the handle – not very cute and not a permanent solution, since my suitcase eventually ended up in the overhead bin. Therefore, once aboard, back into my purse that bulky neck pillow went.

After years of traveling for business and leisure, I knew there had to be a better way to get my beauty rest while traveling. I wanted something not only functional, but fashionable.
